Refund Policy

As an appointment booking system product owner, we focus on performance and quality. However, it’s a universal fact that errors or bugs can occur. Thus, we always state that if you encounter any issue or are unable to find a solution for your query, you can always get back to us and resolve your issues. Reach out to Bookify Support to get your refund within 14 days of purchase.
We’ll definitely consider your case and propose the refund amount accordingly. Our support team will understand the flaws and fix any of your issues before refund issuance. It is possible that we will offer a solution instead of refunding you the money you invested in our product.
To simplify the situation, here are the pointers that you need to keep in mind regarding our Refund Policy:
- Refunds are not available after 14 days from the purchase date.
- If the plugin does not suit your business or setup after purchase, installation, and testing, you must first attempt to resolve the issue through the support team.
- Through a refund request, you forfeit your Bookify license’s ownership and agree to halt the product usage immediately.
- You must uninstall and deactivate our plugin in case the refund is approved.
- We have the right whether to accept or deny refund requests at our discretion.
- Refund requests should be submitted by generating a ticket for our support team.
Why We May Not Grant You The Refund?
If our plugin is functioning fine as per the description, we will excuse you to refund your amount. Moreover, there are the following situations that will warrant us to refuse refund:
- No refund after 14 days of purchase.
- You bought the license on account of sale events or special discounts.
- If a refund is asked on the basis of 3rd party plugin or software, then a refund request will not be entertained.
- Our plugin fails to meet user expectations.
- As a buyer, you changed your mind.
- You purchased the plugin mistakenly.
- You lack the expertise related to plugin usage.
- You asked for a refund as goodwill.
You are not related to a refund if you cannot cancel the membership (from the Freemius Dashboard) before you are charged automatically. You will get an intimation email 30 days prior to the due date.
Let’s say your problem stems from improper installation or the plugin’s inability to function as intended. If so, we would gladly consider your request for a refund.
Non-Refundable Fee
During the refund process, our Master or Visa card is charged, and we incur costs because we have partnered with these online payment networks. Since these payment gateways have their own set of rules regarding refund payment processing, they deduct the upfront costs related to refunded payment. Hence, these types of costs are non-refundable to us on account of the refund charge.
So, the costs attached to the processing of debit/credit cards are non-refundable.
Warranty
We offer our plugin without any strings attached to the warranty. We assume absolutely no liability for any flaws in the plugin.
By buying one or more of our products, you accept this return policy and give up all legal, judicial, or question-related rights.
Support Policy
We keep our plugin active and maintained 24/7 with the aim to deliver quality functionalities to our users. However, incompatibilities or issues may arise. In that case, you can create a support ticket and let us know your concerns so that we can resolve them. Our dedicated support remains at the service of those with an active license. We do not give support to users who have expired licenses.
PayPal Refund Policy
Starting from 7th May 2019, PayPal will not refund fees to the customers. Here are the exact words from PayPal:
“We’re changing how we treat refunds. Suppose you refund (partially or fully) a transaction to a buyer or donate to a donor. In that case, there is no fee to make the refund, but the fee you originally paid as the seller will not be returned to you.”
Also, expenses will not be reimbursed for defeated PayPal disputes related to a refund.
Ineligible Industries for Refund
Bookify commits to offering clean and efficient appointment booking expertise. We rely on our high-performance skillset to assist various small businesses through our fair price. Thus, we will not be offering our services for the following:
- Alcohol
- Gambling
- Adult Services
- Pornography
- Any NSFW Content
- Online Brides
- Writing or Examination Cheating Services
- Fake Documents
- Unlicensed Therapies
- Unlicensed Online Pharmacies
- Alternative Medicine
- Drug Paraphernalia
- High Interest / Pay day Loans
- Illegal File sharing
- Content Piracy
- Scam Websites
- Selling Copyrights without permission
Objectionable Content
We won’t be providing support and services to businesses that spread the following content:
- Incitement to violence
- Religious intolerance
- Racial or gender-based discrimination
- Hate speech
Updates on Refund Policy
Bookify continually scans and updates its refund policies, and we request that our visitors and users see this space. In case of material changes, we will let you know through our blog and email; however, it will be our discretion whether to inform overtly. Additionally, the ‘last updated date’ at the top of this page will be modified. Any modifications in our refund policy are applicable on the date updated later and supersede any earlier ones.
