General Settings
- Go to the Admin Dashboard > Bookify > Settings.

- Navigate to the General Settings tab.

- Set the time slot length using the Time Slot Duration field.

- Next, enter the interval value in the Time Slot Interval field.

Note:
- By default, the Slot duration is set to Default, i.e., 30min, and the slot interval is 15min in General Settings.
- The Default Slot Duration and Slot Interval set in the General Settings will now apply automatically only to new staff members created after the changes. Existing staff members will retain their current settings and will not be affected by updates to the General Settings.
- However, each staff member can still customize their Slot Duration and Slot Interval independently to suit their specific needs. This ensures flexibility for individual staff schedules while maintaining consistency for new staff configurations.
- Select the starting day of the week for your store.

- Select the desired default appointment status from the Default Appointment Status dropdown menu.

- Select the time format from the Time Format field and the date format from the Date Format field.

- Choose the default currency from the Currency dropdown menu.

- Enable the Minimum Time Requirement Prior to Booking option if required, and set the value in Limited Booking Month(s) to restrict bookings beyond the specified months.

- Choose the appropriate option as required.

- Once done, click the Save button.

Front-End Impact
- Go to the website.
- Navigate to the Bookify page.

- Choose a desired location.

- Once selected, click the Next Step button.

- Select the desired service category.

- Once selected, click the Next Step button to proceed.

- Choose the staff and click the Next Step button to continue.

- As you can see, the settings we applied in the backend are reflected on the front end.

- As per the configuration, the user is restricted from booking an appointment beyond the specified months set in the backend.

Timezone
- The Time zone feature lets users view booking slots in their selected time zone for better clarity and convenience.
Back-End Settings
- Go to the Admin Dashboard > Bookify > Settings.

- Navigate to the General Settings tab.

- When clicked, a window will appear.

- Scroll to the Allow Users to View Slots in Different Timezones option and enable the toggle button. Once toggled, click the Save button.

Front-End Impact
- Go to the website.
- Navigate to the Bookify page.

- Proceed to the Date & Time section.

- Next, select the time zone from the Timezone dropdown menu.

- Select the desired date, and the available slots will be displayed in the chosen time zone.
Before
- The timezone is set to Australia/Perth.

After
- The timezone is set to Europe/Paris.

Multiple Bookings for Staff pro
- The Multiple Booking for Staff feature enables the admin to allow multiple staff bookings. It can be applied to all staff members through the general settings or configured individually for each staff member in their settings.
All Staff Members
- Enabling this option will allow multiple staff bookings for all staff members.
Back-End Settings
- Go to the Admin Dashboard > Bookify > Settings.

- Navigate to the General Settings tab.

- When clicked, a window will appear.

- Scroll to the Allow Multiple Bookings for All Staff option and enable the toggle button. Once toggled, click the Save button.

Note: When a new staff member is created and the multiple booking option is enabled in the general settings, this setting will automatically apply to them. To disable multiple bookings for the new staff, disable the toggle button in the individual staff settings.
Front-End Impact
- Go to the website.
- Navigate to the Bookify page.

- Proceed to the Date & Time section.

- As you can see, the user can book multiple slots at once.
