Payments

  • In the Payments tab, the admin can manage customer payment statuses and apply filters to the data.
  • Go to the Admin Dashboard > Bookify > Appointments.
  • Once on the Appointments tab, edit a customer appointment.
  • A popup will appear. Navigate to the Payments Details tab.
  • Click the Add Payment button.
  • Use the Status dropdown menu to change the status to your desired option (e.g., Pending to Paid). Once selected, click the Save button.
  • Now, Navigate to the Payments tab from the admin dashboard.
  • As you can see, the customer details are visible in the Payments section.
  • The admin can also filter the data using the available filters.
  • In our case, we have applied these filters, as shown in the below.
  • The admin can export customer details to a CSV file by clicking the Export to CSV button.
  • Once clicked, a CSV file will be downloaded.
  • The details have been successfully exported to a CSV file.
