Notification

  • In the Notifications tab, the admin can add customized notifications for specific triggered events. Additionally, the admin can view notification details in the details section and filter notifications as needed.
  • Go to the Admin Dashboard > Bookify > Notifications.
  • Click the Add Notification button.
  • Once done, a window will appear.

Note: For email notifications to function, the sender name and sender email must be configured in the Admin Dashboard > Bookify > Settings > Notification Settings.This is explained in detail later in the document in the Settings > Notification Settings section.

  • Type the notification name into the Notification Name field.
  • Use the radio button to enable or disable the notification.
  • Choose the notification event from the Notification Events dropdown menu.
  • Enter the subject for the email.
  • The email body can be customized by using Email Notification Codes. Additionally, the admin can select the recipient of the email.
  • Once done, click the Save button.
  • The notification is now created.

Frontend Impact

  • Go to the website.
  • Log in with a user account.
  • Navigate to the Bookify page.
  • Book an appointment.
  • Once done, the customer will receive an email.
